Beauty of first light 

Drives off the melancholy 

Of twinkling dusk,

Soft sunbeams along seashore

 I once pondered about my life's journey

And i'm grateful for the choices I made 

So many lessons learned and hardships bore

Became stronger and calmer, that's for sure.

Falsely condemned and accused, but endured

Hatefully illustrated, but prevailed

Wrongly appraised, but overcame all these

Grew stronger,  day by day, head held high - Yes.

Withstood intense loss, borne heartache, and hate

Then found true peace, good cheer, and love within,

Right choice made, to leave all baggage behind

I take delight in this journey of peace!

Lush greenery hides scenic gems

That stimulates delicate stems

Refreshing cold rivers and streams

Sweet relief from hot sunny beams
